    Same Day Shipping
    We offer same day shipping on orders placed before 2pm (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order misses our 2pm dispatch it will be dispatched on the following business day. If you require urgent delivery please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    Free Shipping*
    Where items are marked as Free Shipping*, this includes all Capital Cities and Regional areas on the East Coast. We will always endeavour to find a service so we can ship the product for free, however for over sized items we reserve the right to quote additional shipping charges, and you have the option to accept or cancel your order accordingly.

    Delivery Address
    If you select Australia Post as your delivery method, your order can be delivered to a post office box. However, courier deliveries can only be delivered to street addresses. Please contact us if you would like to arrange an alternative shipping method or address.

    Signature
    A signature may be required on delivery. However, at the time of purchase you can provide authority for our courier to leave deliveries without a signature.

    Shipping Costs
    We aim to make shipping as fast and cost-effective as possible. We deliver Australia-wide and use Australia Post eParcel.

    International Shipping
    We offer international shipping, however, you will need to use PayPal to complete your purchase.

    Inspections and pick-up are available at our Capalaba warehouse. Please contact us to make an appointment.

    We offer customers a 90 day satisfaction guarantee on our products. This means if you are not happy with your Power To Roam purchase, you can return it within 90 days, as long as you comply with our returns policy outlined below. If you have any questions regarding the Power To Roam returns policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Returns

    Returning unwanted goods
    Unwanted goods may be returned for exchange or refund if returned in their original condition, and in original packaging, within 90 days. The cost of returning good will be the customer’s responsibility, and may include a small administration fee.

    Returning defective, damaged or incorrect goods
    Damaged, defective or incorrect items may be returned and will be replaced or refunded at no charge. The return costs for damaged, defective or incorrect items will be pre-paid by Power To Roam.

    Returns instructions
    Please contact us to advise you are returning a product, and your reason for returning the goods. Do not return products unless you have received approval and a Power To Roam returns number. All returns need to be packaged to prevent damage and sent to the following address:
